Gifts of Gratitude
Overview
Though the lives of family members having a loved one killed in action are forever changed, the purpose of the Gifts of Gratitude fund (GofG) is intended to be a humble “thank you” from a grateful nation for the sacrifice these families have endured.

The objective of the GOG fund is to provide a tangible means for patriotic Americans to acknowledge the ultimate sacrifice paid on their behalf. This might include repairing a vehicle, fixing a roof, or catching up on overdue bills.

Nomination
The FHAF Advisory Board will make the final selections for the Gifts of Gratitude (GofG) fund. This body is comprised of current combat personnel averaging 13+ deployments each, as well as select Families of the Fallen. Criteria for nomination include:

  2. All branches of the U.S. military service are eligible.
  3. Anyone can nominate a person for the GofG fund.
  4. Original request must be submitted by email to joe.lachnit@freedomhasaface.org
  5. Original email will be followed up with a conference call to hear the full story and detailed request.

Freedom Has A Face will do its best to process all requests with speed and compassion.

Gifts of Gratitude
Thanks to the remarkable generosity of Anderson Construction, Freedom Has A Face will be initiating our newest project, Gifts of Gratitude beginning Summer 2016.

Gifts of Gratitude grants dreams to family members of military men and women killed in action. These Gifts of Gratitude are meant to be a humble “thank you” from a grateful nation for the sacrifice these families have endured. This program is supported by everyday Americans who wish to assist and support our fallen heroes’ loved ones.

Anyone can nominate a family. Email us at GiftsOfGratitude@FreedomHasAFace.org. We will supply you with all you need to share your family of a fallen hero’s need.
